They say writing is good for the soul. Well, so is cooking! Since I can't play golf today, (sadly the fourth time this week it's rained), I'll be making meringue cookies with the whites left over from the creme brulee I made yesterday. My goal, find something creative to do everyday and bring some happiness to others. My grand daughters are going to love this!
